Although teachers face another type of "wilderness", it is true that sometimes it is easy to be discouraged by adversities.
When the difficult situation is represented by lack of Internet connection, an unexpected hour of lesson in your class or the need to resort to Plan B, here's a few things I always have with me (and make my back ache).
